Processing Orders
All orders will ship from Southern California within five business days from receipt of order in our system. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send an email as soon as your order is shipped that will include a tracking number for your order. Express delivery is available for an additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered on damaged or defective candles. You must notify us via email within 7 days of the delivery to you. Your purchase must be returned UNUSED with original packaging along with a shipping tracking number. Original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns are not refundable.
